Capital Property Fund acquired all of the linked units in issue of Pangbourne Properties Limited in terms of a scheme of arrangement sanctioned by the South Gauteng High Court on 8 March 2011. Pangbourne Properties Limited was delisted from the JSE on 5 April 2011.
